My first try ever... had some issues with the cooking time and temperature... as one can tell by the slightly over done top crust, but, it turned out pretty good.

Pasta with Tomato Mushroom Sauce

Simple yet delish Mushroom Tomato sauce with whole wheat pasta topped with a bit of Italian seasoning and some Parmesan cheese. 

Day 2.

It was cold today. -20 was the actual weather and and -30 was the 'feels like' temperature :P I had to run an errand for my hubster. Din't wanna go out, but did... invain... cuz the office was closed wen i got there :) Oh well... I went to the grocery store instead, got me some grocery stuff. Am planning on making some spagatti for dinner tonight. If it turns out nice... I'll take a foto and upload :)

Ravishing Raspberry Mousse in Chocolate Cups!!!

For the past so many years, everytime I want to try something new I google an ingredient and usually end up drooling over the wonderful blogs that show up. One after the other, I keep tagging them as a "favourite" and then moving on to the next one....till its time to put food on the table :P and then I just get it over with :o) But there are times when I get inspired by someone's fantastic fotografy of yummy delights and I hit a home run!


Here is the first one...

I made these yummy chocolate cupcake shells filled with tangy Raspberry Mousse for a dinner, a few weeks back... turned out pretty awesome. If I say so myself :)
